Why would anyone, especially a self-styled economist say something as silly as the following?
In spite of the slander of pro-lifers, nobody is in favor of abortion. Abortion is horrible. Ask anybody who had one.
Clearly anybody who has had an abortion favored abortion over giving birth, just as anybody who has had a root canal favored enduring the operation over an eventual jaw infection and chronic pain. People don’t bother saying “nobody is in favor of root canals.” Of course few people look forward to a medical procedure, be it abortion, root canal, hernia repair, or far more unpleasant. An economist of all people should recognize the nullity of claiming nobody favors a choice that many people actually make, given real world constraints.
I favor abortion. Strongly. Kill the parasite! I favor vasectomy even more strongly, but abortion is a good backup plan.
I too am against abortion. But prvention is better. I mean not abortion but vasectomy is better than abortion. It prevents unwanted conception. Yes I agree.
Are you sick abortion is not right how can you kill somrthing that has been formed and shaped by God. out of all the aborted babes dont you think lots of them could of been very succeding in life. They could be a next great inventer. i know a girl who was a premature babe she was only weighted in at one pound, now the parents could of said well lets have an abortion. But they didnt now she is a doctor with 3 kids and a wonderful family earning more then 250,000 thousand a year. Point is lots of abortion cases invole this and the baby is aborted, it could of been somthing great.

I understand how you think that abortion could be okay, because we are given such mixed messages by society.
I can tell you first hand though, that it was the worst decision I have made in my life.
I thought it was nothing, just like you. But I mourn every day over it and it has caused me great psychological and physical damage. You do not have to be Christian to believe that abortion it wrong, just look at the scientific facts.
I hope that you are able to recognize the victims of abortion.

I do not think abortion is “nothing”. Like any serious medical procedure, it is risky and painful. But other medical procedures are not considered “wrong” by many.
